Whole food nutrition in the form of vitamins has never been more important than it is now. Because of soil depletion, ozone layer depletion, pesticides and over-processing, our foods are often left devoid of these vital nutrients. Study after study shows that it is becoming more difficult to get vitamins and minerals your body needs from our foods. If you have any doubt I suggest you go to your local library and look up the reports from your national department of agriculture to see how each year foods become more depleted of enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
